Katherine Eggar (1850-1939)

Katherine Macdonald was born in 1850 in Calcutta, West Bengal, India, her father, James, was 34, and her mother, Catherine, was 31. She married Thomas Eggar (1849-1930) in January 1873 in London, London. They had three children during their marriage. She died on 15 July 1939 in Sussex at the age of 89, and was buried in Bentley, Hampshire.

Katherine’s husband, Thomas Eggar, a Solicitor, was born in 1849 in Binsted, Hampshire, his father, James, was 36 and his mother, Elizabeth, was 27. He married Katherine Macdonald in January 1873 in London, London. They had three children during their marriage. He died on 24 March 1930 in Brighton, Sussex, at the age of 81, and was buried in Bentley, Hampshire.
